Our Stylist Live Picks

Thanks I Love It at Stylist Live

If you follow us over on Instagram you’ll have seen our recent trip to Stylist Live at London Olympia. We had a brilliant day watching some fantastically inspirational women giving informative talks and meeting (and sampling!) lots of exciting new brands, as well as enjoying some fabulous fashion and a few g&t’s of course – the Thanks I Love It team’s favourite!

If you couldn’t make it to Stylist Live this year, worry not. We’ve got the low down on all the action and our top picks from the event.

Pop Ups

There was gift inspiration galore just in time for Christmas, and plenty of fantastic independent and upcoming brands that you should absolutely check out:

The Workbench London – Katie and Kirstie run jewellery carving workshops around the UK and have just launched their brilliant Workbench Box, the world’s first ring-carving gift box. So. Many. Ideas!

Love Inc - We couldn’t miss Love Inc’s stand displaying a range of their fab neon lights. Danielle’s been on the lookout for a neon light forever and was swooning over their range of bright quotes and cute motifs. Run buy the lovely Hannah, Love Inc stocks a range of fun lighting and other accessories that you can also personalise – so you’re guaranteed to get something that’s one of a kind.

LA Brewery – Fizzy drinks with a difference - fermented living tea (kombucha) in a variety of different flavours. Strawberry and black pepper was our favourite!

Milk Tooth - These guys caught our eye with their display of super statement earrings. Their vintage-inspired creations were a real favourite of Sarah’s with pieces from every era, and Danielle had her eye on their new Pluralist collection - gold plated with a modern twist. With accessible price points they definitely will be added to the Thanks I Love It Christmas list!

Running an ethical business, giving back is really important to us, so it was great to hear the ways in which other businesses do it and how they tackle the challenges they face.

Mentoring, Sisterhood, Buddy Systems with Debbie Wosskow
Our favourite talk of the day was by Debbie Wosskow from AllBright. A real champion of women and an inspiration to watch, we were frantically scribbling all Debbie’s top tips for women in business. Find out more about how AllBright are helping to unlock women’s potential here.
